Version Control

Every change to every line of code is tracked in version control. Allowing team members to work on the same file at the same time, or revert back and compare changes if something goes wrong.

Self explanatory routine backups we run for all our Laravel work. Complete with "health checks" and notifications to make sure they don't get missed or get too large unexpectedly.

Our retainer includes an email delivery service. We can see if it was delivered and even opened.

Everyone on your team can log in. Your main customers can log in. However there's a silent minority of people having issues and it hasn't been reported.

We use multiple automated bug reporting and analytical recording tools to play back what happened.

We run routine backups and the code itself is version controlled.

Upon request, we can give you access to the code repository that hosts your project code. Its yours, after all. With that you have half of what you own. The other half are the backups of your live data. Which we can arrange access to for you as well.
