Email accounts via Microsoft Exchange is one of our main services. It compliments our main web design business.

What matters to you is that Exchange 365 provides a world-class junk mail filter. With machine learning and decades of experience combating junk mail and spam.

Microsoft 365 email addresses are $12 ex GST per month, per email address.

In addition there is a $250 ex GST cost to make the appropriate changes to your website. Removing references to email addresses, replacing them with web forms protected by CAPTCHAs. We may also need to edit code to gut your website's ability to send emails.

On the rare occation a brand new website will be necessary. If your website has been hacked and is sending emails directly to you, it is often the case it gets re-hacked days or weeks after a clean up. We try our best to apply security patches but often this is not possible or doesn't work.

We will need to migrate your account over to Microsoft Exchange. You'll need to supply access to your current email account(s).

We will also require access to your website to lock it down. Removing references to email addresses, and potentially gutting it's ability to send emails if it's been compromised.

Lastly we will need access to your domain name. So we can point your email service to Microsoft's DNS servers.
