The Brief
Flaming Bats makes custom cricket bats with a range of personalisation options -- colours, designs, engravings. They needed a simple website that showcases their custom sports products and lets customers place orders online, without the complexity and overhead of a full e-commerce platform.
What We Built
A focused, single-page product gallery website that showcases the bat customisation options available. Combined with a built-in custom order form, customers can specify exactly what they want and submit their order directly from the gallery.
Not every product business needs a full shopping cart. For a custom cricket bat where every order is different, a clean gallery with an order form is faster to use, easier to manage, and converts better than forcing customers through a standard retail checkout process. The responsive design works on phones too -- which is where plenty of cricket players are browsing.
