The Brief
Aussie Custom Golf sells custom golf equipment and offers specialist golf fitting services. The website needed to do two things well: sell products online and educate customers about custom fitting, club building, and what makes their approach different from off-the-rack retail golf shops.
What We Built
A hybrid e-commerce and information website built on ConcreteCMS that balances an online shop with detailed product and service content. Customers can browse and buy custom golf products, but they can also learn about the custom fitting process, understand the options available, and build confidence in making a purchase that's right for their game.
For a specialist custom product business, the education piece is as important as the shop itself. Customers who understand what they're buying convert at a higher rate and are more satisfied with their purchase. The site structure supports both paths -- ready-to-buy visitors go straight to the shop, while research-stage visitors get the information they need first.
