What It Does
A custom business scorecard dashboard built for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework. It pulls live data from four separate business systems -- Invoice Ninja, Toggl, UpWork and PocketSmith -- and presents the key metrics in one clean, unified scorecard, integrated directly into the CRM so it's visible where decisions are made.
Why It Matters
EOS relies on tracking a handful of critical numbers every week. When those numbers live in different systems -- invoicing in Invoice Ninja, time tracking in Toggl, contractor costs in UpWork, cash flow in PocketSmith -- someone has to manually pull and compile them. That takes time, introduces errors, and means the scorecard is only as current as the last person who updated it.
This dashboard automates the whole thing. Data feeds in from all four sources, the scorecard updates itself, and the EOS leadership team gets a real-time view of the numbers that matter. No spreadsheet wrangling, no waiting for someone to compile the report.
