The Challenge

Austindo Consulting Services provides technical support and field service for electric drive mining haul trucks. When diagnosing issues or monitoring truck performance, technicians need to analyse event data recorded by the truck's onboard systems. Raw data files aren't easy to interpret on their own -- technicians needed a way to visualise equipment performance trends quickly and compare events across different trucks or time periods.

What We Built

A data visualisation and charting dashboard purpose-built for mining truck event data. Technicians upload a data file from a haul truck, and the tool displays the event trends in a clear, easy-to-read format with the ability to compare across multiple data sets.

It turns raw truck telemetry into operational reporting that a technician can actually use -- spotting patterns in equipment performance, identifying recurring events, and making informed decisions about maintenance or component replacement. No spreadsheet wrangling, no guesswork.

This is the kind of specialist mining analytics tool that doesn't exist off-the-shelf. It was built specifically for how Austindo's technicians work in the field, supporting electric drive truck diagnostics and fleet monitoring for their mining clients across Australia.
