Email Setup

Configuration

Please substitute any references of "yoursite.com" with the actual domain name of your website.

Username	Your username is the actual email address itself, including the website domain. For example " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it " You may substitute the the @ symbol with a + symbol if the @ causes errors
Password	If you have lost your password ask for a new one (contact page)
Server Type	POP3
Incoming mail server	mail.yoursite.com
Outgoing mail server	mail.yoursite.com
Outgoing mail port number	26
Authentication	Enable: "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" Disable: "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"

Notice

It is only necessary to set up one outgoing server (also known as SMTP) for an email client. If your email client is already set up and it is sending emails correctly, you do not need to use the Outgoing mail server and Outgoing mail port number listed above. You also will not have to enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" (leave it how it is).
